Marcel, the owner and chef de cuisine
The owner of the hotel and chef the cuisine Marcel completed his culinary training in different first-class hotels in South Tyrol. Afterwards, he gained extensive practical experience in Austria and in Germany, where he worked with Christian Jürgens, cook of the year 2013. Marcel mixes traditional dishes with modern cuisine and his eagerness to experiment leads to creative and delicious culinary delights.

If you book half-board, our chef Marcel will surprise you every evening with a delicious five course dinner: salad buffet with antipasti, fine dressings and selected culinary oils, two first courses, a choice from two different main courses and a dessert.
